What Is NLP Life Coaching
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is a study of excellence, which describes how our thinking produces our behaviour, and allows us to model excellence and to reproduce that behaviour.
Neuro – The nervous system (the mind), through which our experience is processed via the five senses (Visual, Auditory, Kinaesthetic, Olfactory, Gustatory).
Linguistic – Verbal and non-verbal communication systems through which our neural representations are coded, ordered and given meaning: (Pictures, Sounds, Feelings, Tastes, Smells, Self-Talk (words))
Programming – The ability to discover and utilize the programs that we run (our communication to ourselves and others) in our neurological systems to achieve our specific and desired outcomes.

“Assalamu Alaikum maam
Jazakallahu khairan for the wonderful training session. It was really informative. I learnt things like working of the brain, different modes of understanding, effective use of words in the classroom, techniques of teaching spelling…..all these things I understood here and I have now a new perspective towards teaching and I think I will understand my students better.
In shaa Allah, after school resumes I will try my best to implement what I learned.
“It was a great workshop!.
I realised that there are so many small things which we generally neglect about students which if looked into would definitely have a huge positive impact on both the teachers and the student!.
The workshop was indeed a good decision that I took up!.
Kudos to the the coach!”
